Milestones | The Wing Loong X UAV with the Tianxin engine completed its test flight

The2021 China Aviation Industry Conference & Nanchang Air Show kicked offin Nanchang, East China's Jiangxi Province on October 29, 2021. Nanchang hasbeen the birthplace of the aviation industry since the foundation of thepeople’s republic of China as the first aircraft, the first batch of coastaldefense missiles, and the first multi-purpose civil aircraft were developedhere.

Onthe same day, two types of Wing Loong X UAVs assembled with XX850 enginesdeveloped and produced by ZhongFaTianXinn completed all tests for their testflight specified for type development, signifying that China has improved itscapacity in developing UAVs and joined the ranks of high-altitude andhigh-speed drones.

ZhongFaTianXinis the first private enterprise in China to provide supporting power for majormodels of UAVs and the first aero-engine R&D and production enterprise inJiangxi Province, with a core team of experts from Beijing University ofAeronautics and Astronautics, Aero Engine Corporation of China, and AviationIndustry Corporation of China, Ltd., and has been devoting to becoming aworld-class light aviation power manufacturer by keeping improving andremodeling a mature core engine (gas generator) for serial derived products asguided by the requirements of the main engine.
